Property Description

This property is idyllic with valley and mountain views, and almost all of the land is tillable farm ground that is currently being farmed by a local farmer. The rich soil is primarily Woodburn silt loam with some Cornelius and Kinton silt loam, providing good soil for a variety of dry crops. There are no irrigation rights for the property.
